Do we like Khloé Kardashian?
Our score: 6 out of 10. No harmful words or acts turned up and there are some real kind acts, but the record of her standing up for others is thin.
Khloé was born in Los Angeles in 1984, the third of four kids of lawyer Robert Kardashian and Kris Jenner, and her dad died when she was 19. She co-founded the DASH boutique with her sisters in 2006, then Keeping Up with the Kardashians hit E! in 2007 and ran for 20 seasons. In 2016 she co-founded Good American, a size-inclusive clothing brand.
The legal record is mostly the family being sued. In 2022 a Los Angeles jury sided with the Kardashians in Blac Chyna's $100 million defamation suit, and their lawyer said “Justice has prevailed.” In 2023 a former household assistant sued her, alleging labor-law violations and a wrongful firing. Her side said he was properly paid and called the suit frivolous. We couldn't find how it ended.
On the harm check, nothing turned up about her campaigning against LGBTQ+ people, women, migrants or public health. Her most out-there position is on the moon landing: she told People she has long doubted it and said “I'm going to die on this hill.” It's conspiracy-adjacent, but it's about space, not about hurting people.
In April 2026 she copped some online flak after a Los Angeles billboard for her protein chips. Some users accused her of “blackfishing” over her darker complexion in the ad. The coverage we read doesn't show her answering the accusation. She just reacted with laughing-crying emojis to a TikTok of the billboard.
The freshest stoush is with ex-husband Lamar Odom. After he questioned parts of her account in his Netflix documentary, she said on her podcast that she regrets taking part, did it unpaid as a favour, and felt “played”. Odom has said he will always love her but disputes some of her claims, and where you land is a he-said, she-said.
For the good stuff, in April 2020 she spent a week paying for elderly shoppers' groceries around Los Angeles. Her rep also said she bought more than 200 gift cards for supermarket workers. It's a solid kind act, though we didn't find a long-running cause she's put her name to.
