Do we like Logitech?
Makes computer mice, keyboards, webcams, headsets and gaming gear; headquartered in Switzerland and California.
Our score: 6 out of 10. A solid, mainstream maker with an old accounting settlement and a recent data breach. We found little else against it, but our searches turned up little on its environmental record, so we'd back it cautiously.
Logitech is a Swiss-American maker of mice, keyboards, webcams and headsets. Hanneke Faber, who previously ran Unilever's Nutrition business, became CEO on December 1, 2023, after Bracken Darrell left.
The company has had some past trouble. It agreed to pay $7.5 million to settle SEC charges that it inflated its fiscal 2011 results. It neither admitted nor denied the charges.
More recently, Logitech told the SEC in November 2025 that data had been taken from its internal systems. The Clop gang claimed the theft. Logitech said it likely included limited employee, consumer, customer and supplier data. It said ID numbers and card data were not in the affected systems.
Score: a mainstream firm with a decent record in what we found, but a breach and an old settlement. We couldn't check its green or worker credentials, so we land in the middle, leaning positive.
