Raven is a member of the Teen Titans, a young team of superheroes based in Titans Tower. She is the daughter of a human mother and a demonic father from another dimension. She is pale and sarcastic, and she reads a lot. Her soul-self magic lets her fly, throw objects with telekinesis and make shields. She has to meditate constantly, because her emotions can make her powers lash out.

She is the team's cool head and its dry sense of humor, and she often seems to be the one who sees the danger coming. Beneath the monotone she cares a great deal about her friends, even when she finds it hard to show. Her friendship with the cheerful Beast Boy is a running joke, and it also becomes one of the show's warmest threads.

We score her an 8. She is often more guarded than a hero should be, but she keeps choosing to do right even though her own nature is working against her. That fight is why she is one of the most loved characters in the series.
