Do we like Muzan Kibutsuji?
A character from Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba (2016–present)
Our score: 0 out of 10. No. He is cruel, selfish and vain, and he treats everyone around him as a tool or a threat. We would not back him for a second.
Muzan Kibutsuji is the demon who started it all. His blood turns people into demons, and he has hidden among humans for centuries. He often passes as an ordinary, well-dressed man. The series follows Tanjiro Kamado, whose family is destroyed by a demon, and the Demon Slayer Corps who hunt Muzan's kind.
Muzan is driven by fear and vanity. He wants to live forever and to overcome the one weakness that keeps him from walking freely in the world. He rules his demons by terror. He is quick to punish failure and has little patience for anyone who disappoints him.
He is a great villain because he is so petty beside all that power. He shows no remorse and no real bond with anyone. Tanjiro and the others fight for people they love, and Muzan fights only to protect himself. That is why he scores a flat zero.
