Do we like Lost Vivaldi?

A character from Classic★Stars (2025)

Our score: 5 out of 10. A moody, mysterious rival we'd watch with interest but can't fully back yet. The sources say little about his own aims, so he gets a cautious middle score.

Classic★Stars is a 2025 anime set at Gloria Private Academy, an elite school for young talents. In its music department, students who match the talent of great musicians of the past receive that musician's "Gift" and take their name. The story follows Beethoven, a new student who turns out to be compatible with his namesake's Gift.

Lost Vivaldi is one of three members of Dis=Cord, along with Lost Beethoven and Lost Schumann. Promotional material describes them as a mysterious trio of "lost" talents with their own reasons for singing. They are the dark counterpart to the show's four main leads.

Why a 5? He is billed more as part of a moody group than as a hero or a villain. From the material we could confirm, he is stylish and enigmatic, and his motives stay vague. Without clear evidence of cruelty or kindness, we're giving him the middle of the road and the benefit of the doubt. Fans who have watched the full series may want to push his score either way.
