Do we like All Might?
A character from My Hero Academia (2014–2024)
Our score: 9 out of 10. Yes, we'd back him. He's brave, generous and a real mentor, and his flaws come from hiding his struggles and carrying too much alone.
All Might is the strongest and most beloved hero in a world where most people have superpowers called Quirks. His grin and catchphrases make people feel safe wherever he turns up. He is known as the Symbol of Peace, and crime drops just because he exists.
Behind the bravado, he carries a heavy secret and an old injury, and he works hard to hide how much both cost him. When he meets Izuku Midoriya, a Quirkless boy who dreams of being a hero, he sees the kind of person the job needs. He takes the boy on as his protégé and later teaches at U.A. High School.
We score him high because he's kind, selfless and good at lifting people up. He is also flawed. He keeps secrets, he's bad at asking for help, and he sometimes lets his image get in the way of honesty. Even so, he is the hero most fans would follow anywhere.
