Do we like Alfie Allen?
Our score: 6 out of 10. Clean on harm and on conduct, but we found little real good work to set against that, so he lands mid-table.
Alfie Allen is the bloke who played Theon Greyjoy in Game of Thrones, the character who went from cocky to broken over eight seasons. He knows it, too: in a 2025 interview he said most people will always link him to the show, and he is fine with that, calling it a big show that so many people love.
Scandal-wise, the cupboard is bare. The biggest stoush we found was a 2014 sibling spat, when his sister said in an online Q&A she had turned down a role in the show, and he told Vulture that claim was not true. That is as feral as it gets.
Who he works with matters too. Atomic, his 2025 Sky action series, came from Pulse Films and was shot in Morocco, and he is playing a tech billionaire in the second season of MGM+'s Stephen King adaptation The Institute. Nothing there smells like the Daily Wire or the faith-film circuit.
Nothing new has broken on him lately, apart from that Institute casting in February 2026. In an older interview about Theon he said he thinks redemption is possible with anyone, fact or fiction, which suits a man who spent years playing a character who needed it.
The honest bit: we could not verify any charity work, advocacy or standing up for others at a cost to himself from the pages we read. So this is a pass on both tests, but a pass on a thin file rather than a glowing one. Easy to like, not yet easy to love.
